Q1 Fiery firmware and system needed.

I've bought Q1 fiery for my imagePress C1. Everything is perfect except the ColorCal which i deadly need to use hungs during Measuring the pages, both scanner calibration and printouts. I get messages like "Measurement page not detected (36)" or "the server is stalled Maybe the server is busy". I think it might be the corrupted software on RIP which ofcourse i bought without any DVD's. I'd be happy with instalation data or update data to v2 which is as i know upgrade to Q2.
