[Error Code] Canon iradv c5051 E0840-000 error

Does anyone have any suggestions in regards to this error this is a new machine and I just fixed a few things to take care of a different error. I know it is not the machine. I tested this fixing unit in another machine and it gave the same error after a few copies.

there is a sensor on the fuser that detects position of the heat shield, it maybe unplugged, or the shield timing is so far off that the sensor doesnt trip in time. ive had this error a couple times always after replacing fuser roller.
