Defaulting LDAP address book search criteria

Does anyone know how to change the default LDAP address book search criteria when performing a scan and send? The machine is a Canon Imagerunner C5051. When choosing Scan and Send, the default criteria is "email" "begins with". See screenshoot named capture.

We would like to change this to "name" "contains". See screenshot named capture1.

looks like someone saved the default screen to what you are seeing there. You can initialize the default screen under settings registration

That's what I thought....I've been trying and trying, but cannot get my settings to stick.

common settings
change default settings
initialize

this should take you back to defaults

you may have to go in and reset it to default to the LDAP server
settings/registration
set destination
change default to LDAP
