hi my canon ir 3300 giving duplex jams, wen i makes single sided copies it coming without any problem wen i makes 2sided copies 1st 2 0r 3 copies come wintout any problem after that the paper goes through the drum unit , wen it just enters to the fixing area paper folds like z shape then it jams. i have changed fixing unit ,changed sensors , feed rollers even drum and blade then also the same is occuring in same way . what should i do plzzz help me thanks in advance

o122 jam code, this sensor is replaced

Try feeding the paper through in the R direction or try 8.5 x 14 or 11 x 17 and see if it jams. If it doesn't then it is probably as Canon.Tech says bad paper.

i have used both a4 ,a4r also the same thing appears , it jams between drum unit and fixing unit

What are the jam codes?

did u inspect the flag for this sensor/

delay jams> work your way back from this sensor

follow a check list procedure to trace

try to change hvt pcb or try to adjust the seperation or tranfer current.

Hi, I have had this problem as with a few other models such as the 3570/4570/2230/2270 and so on and I found that using a heavier paper corrected my problem, something in the way the paper curved for me in my machines was causing constant jams. I am presently using and have recommended to all my customers to use 22 or 24lb paper.

Try this see if it works for you.

Can you please check the duplex motor, the gear sometimes crack or break on the inner part of the gear, this sometimes makes a noise only heard when doing duplex copies.
