Display Message on IR Adv C9060PRO

I have a message along the bottom of the user display of a C9060PRO 'Prepare New Fixing Roller, Call Service Representative' the machine has done only 300K. I cannot find this message in my Service Manual or the User Guide. I have cleared the counters for Upper and lower fixing belts, both at 305K a look at the belt units themselves show no problems and are not due for replacement until around 400K.

What exactly does this message mean, what triggered it and how can I remove it from the User display? I see quite a few of these machines but have never yet seen this message.

To turn off the warning message set Level 2>Copier> Option> Dsply-SW> FXMSG-SW>0
