i have Copier ir1510 apear an err E245, i tryed to clear all the counter but nothing can any one help me!h

The following steps should be taken in troubleshooting an E245 code:

• Check for a loose connection between the Main Controller and the Counter PCB during a copy run.
• Check the screw is tight on the Counter PCB.
• Confirm the machine has been flashed to the latest software.
• Replacing the Main Controller will resolve the problem if the Counter PCB is working. Counter PCB must stay with copier. The Main Controller with E245 may not be bad but needs to be sent into Nationwide/Hytech to have the counters zeroed out.

where did u get this Counter pcb. / ??

Replaced Counter Memory PCB & did u Clear E355
