    CLC4040:Image vertical size reduction and trapeze effect on the trailing edge

    Hello every body,

    We have a CLC4040 equiped with an H1 Fiery. It has two issues that might be related:

    1- The image size is reduced in the vertical direction with about 2mm on A3+, heavy media.

    2- The image presents a trapeze effect at the trailing edge with the same media.

    The above mentioned issues are not observed on A3, plane media.

    The machine DC-CON = 61.02
    MN-CON = 87.5

    Counter = 360 000 with a large amount of A3+, Heavy media.
