this is a strange problem step by detailing what I find:

After resetting the machine code that fails to get in ready (ready), and then leaves promptly enough that code.
When removing the equipment and verify I surprised to learn that at power unit fixing belt (fixing belt)
not up to join the upper roller, ie stays in its initial position and does not rise.
by which to check the temperature of the fixing belt is at 30 degrees Celsius while the upper roller is now in the 160 degrees Celsius.
I reconnected all the cables from the fuser control board (UN4)
PS61 and PS67 exchanged sensors.
not find any broken pinion.

At warm-up and print (in the state that the fixing roller is driven), the fixing belt is pressed by the fixing roller.
In this case, the fixing belt is driven by the fixing motor (M38).
In a stand-by state (in the state that the fixing roller is stopped), the fixing belt is separated from the fixing roller.
In this case, the driving source of the fixing belt is switched to the fixing belt drive motor (M36).
The fixing belt is driven in the stand-by mode in order to control temperature. It is driven at low speed (about 30-40 mm/sec) to prevent belt displacement.
The fixing belt is equipped to lock/unlock against the fixing roller in accordance with the state of the printing or standby. The drive of the fixing belt detached/attached motor (M34) communicates to the swing shaft so the fixing belt unit itself moves up and down, and the fixing belt lock/unlock the fixing roller. HP sensor (PS61) detects the home position of the fixing belt (fixing belt unit).
Also, to detect that the fixing belt is securely locked, the fixing belt attached sensor (PS67) detect the locking state of the belt.
0005- Indicates that the temperature does not increase after the specified time has passed during the warm-up after the occurrence of jam at the fixing assembly. (600 sec)

The inlet sensor flag of the fixing assembly is equipped with a mechanism that moves up and down in keeping with the locking/unlocking of the fixing belt unit.
It moves up when the power is ON or when the jam is cleared (when unlocking of the fixing belt unit) to detect residual paper. During printing (when adding pressure to the fixing belt unit), it is located below the surface of paper passage in order not to affect the feeding performance of the paper.

Upper Fixing Roller can be inadvertently installed in the opposite direction causing the Bushing to
move out of place and separating the Fixing Roller Gear from its Main Drive Gear.

acabo de cambiar unidad fusora completa pero el problema persiste, no sube la correa de fijacion y no calienta
he revizado los conectores drawers y no hay residuos de papel.
la maquina esta inoperativa en el cliente.

Check the frame side connectors on printer-

[7] Thermo switch Shut off the AC line in case of the triac short or AC relay fault.
[8] Triac deactivation control block Fixes the heater ON signal as OFF using ASIC in case a fixing system error occurs.
[9] Hardware timer Activates the timer when the ASIC control clock stops and [1], [2], [6] are not function properly.

u probably were not clearing the error correctly for this DCON CLR to do it-
when replacing a fix unit> u also need to clear error 000 after power up > then u must power off and back on**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

Lo primero que hice la primera vez fue:

LO HICE VARIAS VECES. El codigo se borraba pero no calentaba la belt fixin, luego de 20 minutos la maquina marcaba dicho codigo e000 0005.
cuando cambie el fusor el problema seguia igual luego de borrar la dc-con se soluciono y regrese su misma unidad de fusor y funciono correctamente.
