See attached, customer says it happens occassionally, never twice in a row, there is no real pattern as to when this happens. They believe it is always through the document feeder which we have rebuilt and still having issue. Tech can't get it to happen when he is there. Any ideas?

there is a spring clutch in the feeder that likes to break , have you inspected that and clean or/replace if not broke? also the main motor in feeder (left rear corner) likes to come apart and cause strange issues, hth's irtech
