dear all,
Thank you all in advance for your great advice that always helped me. today, I have several canon irxxxx machines with universal send kit installed . Sotimes, when i am sending a file to a shred folder on the clients pc ( using windows SMB) I can easly browes the network, some other times i get a message (no response from server) . The machines print and pull scan very fine meaning no problem with connectivity. Is there any special settings that should be made either on the machine or in the computer i am sending to.

what type of PC's does your client have? More than likely you have a port connection issues or a firewall setting is blocking communication.
