Hi All , Any idea why the machine platen glass will feel hot if i on the electric ? even didnt use also will feel hot ?
please help ..... !

See if the back of the machine is hot just about where the hard drive is. If so the heater is turned on, you need to turn it off are it will ruin the hard drive.

Right above the ON/OFF switch. Or what I do in turn machine OFF, unplug it, take the back off the machine on then pull the fuse out that goes to that switch, that way you do not have to worry about someone turning it on and frying your hard drive.

check your LENS heater or MIRROR heater if installed
Standard with 100V model
(accessory for 200V model)

Only used in European and Asian markets where the relative humidity is higher. With the mirror heaters and lens heaters on, the heaters prevent condensation of moisture on the lens and the mirrors.

yeah.. after turn off the switch .. all back to normal .
