Cannon iR C4080 printer locking up

Hey, i was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem with this machine, we have had this problem 4 times and the printer portion of the copier will lock up and all the jobs in the queue will just say waiting to print, and if you try to cancel them it just says canceling, i know its a software issue on the copier part because i've also had an issue with the scanner, where it would be on the network and then just all of a sudden it would not be on the network, but i'd still be able to use the web config, personally i think these two are the same problem, but when i do a restart everything is fine after but it keeps happening over and over, is there a firmware update or something?

The latest version is 6/27/07 and is as follows
Boot-ROM LMS 54.01
MN-Cont [HDD] 69.02
DC-Con [DC Controller] 56.03

could be either software or hard drive issue.

is the current firmware version from the web based config. Mr. Spock if you can send me a link to where i can get the new firmware that'd be great, if i don't have the up-to-date.
