My copier's send to email function isn't working. I have one imagerunner that it works on, and another that it doesn't. I can ping the one that doesn't work from my Exchange server and I can access it's config web page. Every time I send to email the job ends in any one of these end codes which I can't find an explanation for. They are 801, 802, 813, 844 and 899. I've searched all over the web and can't find what they mean. Can anyone help?

801 timeout while transmitting the file to the smtp server
smtp returned an error when trying to connect
File with the same name already exist or you do not have write permissions
either the file name is incorrect or password is incorrect
802 smtp name is not correct
connection to the dns server failed
ip address is not configured correctly
813 user account error when trying to receive (authentication)
844 ?????
899 email was sent successfully but due to multiple servers, relay may not occurAnd Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right! -
Thanks for that help. I'm checking in my send settings to make sure my username and password are all correct. Hopefully that will do it.Comment
