ir c5185 adf problem

Have a copier that shows a 0094 jam. Copier has to be turned off and on just to reset adf. I replaced the adf with another one and the same jam. Pick up rollers don't even engage when copy button is pressed. No error codes. Any sugestions thanks.

Ol, I had this same problem in another DADF s1 canon IR5055 and the solution I found was to replace the sensor PCB4 see the drawing, it was burned to the LEDs. In my case resolved. Then you must enter the service mode and run the set of sensors dadf.ok I have helped.
