    IR105,BLACK BACKGROUND

    Hi,guys.Am working on the above machine,which had an initial error code E0005,of which the web roller was worn out and replaced.I had to go through the normal procedure of counter reset and eventually cleared the error code thru COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR ERR>OK,and eventually switched off and On.However,on testing the copies,the copies come out with a soiled black background. I have gone through the default settings of the machine via the P-Print and all are ok.Before the error code and eventual replacement of the web roller.Where could be the problem.

    Hello,

    Inadvertently, you may have done a DC-CON clear (as ERR clear and DC CON clear are close to each other). If you've printed a P Print after that, it will contain the factory default values. So, you've to put back the door values.

        It would be helpful if you send a print test and the values of the drum potentia (Vdm, VLm...)
