Black background on iR-ADV 6075

Hi!
It 's a problem that I had already exposed but have not been able to solve ..
I have an iR ADV 6075, whit black background, with the potential Control active..
If switched off the potential control, and set the BIAS control I can get a good quality ...
So, I replaced:
Primary, Developing unit, ozone filter, Potential Control PCB, pre-transfer unit, reset of the DC, but .... nothing!
I disconnected the sensors of environmental control, but nothing!
The system installed is the release 41.xx. ..

Make sure that the dev bias contacts are making good contact, slightly bent the copper contacts on the top of the dev unit upwards and the copper contacts inside the machine slightly downwards...

Check if the dust proof glass and laser mirrors are clean, in contrast to most other mashines, the new canon are "black writers", means a dirty dust proof glass or weak laser does not result in fade or white pictures, its getting dark.

Please send a test, the VLm and Vdm values.

I confirm what wrote Herrmann: The dark drum surface (Laser off) receives toner.

These units are strange.
I had background after a jam, while doing test prints PG4.
Background disappeared immediately after that set

Hello to all ....
So, I cleaned the drum with cerium oxide and I cleaned the laser unit (which was not even dirty) ...
I will do the tests required and put a post with the photo of the problem ...
