    Canon 2880i Error e00025-002

    I have this Canon 2880i giving me a Error e00025-002 code..I have tried replacing the Cyan Toner Drive Motor, DC Controller, now waiting on a PCB front connecting board. Any other suggestions would be great. Only has 60k on machine.

      Hello,

      Read the attachedservice bulltin . Just Clean the toner supply sensors.

          check connectors/check for pinched wires/

          I hate that relay pcb> believe u have it on order in your post

              I cleaned all the supply sensors three times..and replaced the Cyan sensor.. went there to replace the Connector board in the front and noticed the black sensor flag Gear on the cyan wasn't moving smoothly pulled the cyan drum and it was packed with toner. so I switched out the cyan drum and it seemed to be working fine so far.. All I could figure is that the Cyan Drum unit was not auguring the toner correctly.

              Read the attachedservice bulltin . Just Clean the toner supply sensors.
