iR C3200 Wrinkles/Crumples Legal and Tabloid Prints

My iR C3200 has begun producing wrinkles on legal and tabloid sized sheets. This was not always the case. I'm not sure when it began because I don't print those sizes often but I am going to have to print on legal size paper soon. Letter sized paper prints fine. Any help would be appreciated. I've attached some photos to illustrate the output I'm getting.legal_sheet_closeup.JPGtabloid_closeup.JPGtabloid_closeup2.JPG

make sure the paper is not old / moisture in paper also causes wrinkles
        test a fresh ream---------------

make sure your paper is leaving the cassette correct
looks like the nip with is off (exact pressure points)
u can remove unit and inspect the black plastic paper inlet guide top ribs for stuck on waste toner(clean off)

        or don't look for anything/
        just replace the FUSER UNIT/
