[CT Copier Repair]

Got one with a dead HDD
Installed new canon (NWRS) hdd
after connecting when I try to format the HDD I get an error E240

Using version V4.11e SST does that have anything to do with it?
DO not have version 4.23e ( latest and greatest) or so I have heard

Any help would be appreciated

I think 4.52 is what you want . Why didnt you call nationwide for support?
