Light prints from AS 400

Hi to all....
I will illustrate this problem:
I have a Canon iR ADVC-5030 when printing only from ambient AS 400 makes clear ...
From other applications (pdf files, word ...) the quality is right, but from AS 400 no!
I tried to set the drive has changed the charge values in the printer for the black coulor, but nothing, I get no change ...
Can you help?

That is not unusual.

It is usually possible to make font changes in the AS400 source codes.
Canon sells a box made by IOCORP which gives full compatibility with AS400
