    Canon FaxPhone L80

    This Canon FaxPhone L80 does not read when paper is loaded in it. What would be the possible cause for this issue? Any help appreciated, thank you.

      Are you getting a blank image? Lines? Usually what lets go is the CCD. Stupid question but you are feeding face down? Report prints coming out ok?

          What is the issue?

          Load paper?
          Blank pages?
          Jam?

              Check paper sensor!

              The sensor test is selected when displaying 6-1: SENSOR from the FACULTY test menu, and pressing the OK key.
              This test is to check conditions of the machine's sensors on the display.
              Conditions of the sensors using the sensor arm/micro switch can be checked by moving the arm/switch.
