irc3220 fax issues

I have a IRC3220 w/fax that receives faxes just fine but when it sends, the recipient only gets about a 1/4 of the page. Is there a setting we are missing? Of any other ideas?

Is this to all recipients?
If its only to to one fax, then its a noisy line problem

use glass to rule out feeder.

Try turning off ECM
try stepping down to lower speeds.
If that doesn't work, Attenuation and NL values may have to be adjusted.
