thx for your suggestion.. but i need more better and reliable machine for my shop... heavy duty yet quality and reliable.. thx . any other suggestion??

Both the 5570 & the 5075 ARE very reliable

there are a lot of good used canons on the market...I still have customers driving IR85 & 105's...for office use they seem to be going with 5000 & 6000.....but I have never seen a canon do a solid like a Xerox will...so I have always considered them one of the best office machines....low parts consumption....but very limited 3rd party support. everyone builds a reasonably good box these days....performance really depends on support and what the customer expects from the machine.
