HI

I have problems with A3 sheet of the ir 4570 sometimes it goes out wrinkled like image attached.

someone knows the problem? the sheet goes out in the direction of the arrow (it is not jamming)

I have exchanged the fixing unit to other ir 4570 and the problem is always in the same machine .

I have removed the FC5-0693-000 2 DAMPER, FLAPPER in the right door assembly the problem is not gone.

changing the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode to +3. To change the value of FX-FL-SP in service mode, perform the following.

Service Mode > Copier > Adj > FX-FL-SP

Note:
The definition for FX-FL-SP is as follows:

Use it to enter a fine adjustment value for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used. Make a fine adjustment of the target control speed for the fixing film speed when plain paper is used.
Setting range: -3 to 3 (Default: 0) (Unit: ms)

-If RAM on the DC Controller circuit board has been cleared or the board itself has been replaced, enter the value from the service label.

I had this problem.Adjust fixing film speed and the problem is solved.
