IR5870C start to show E100-0002. All conectors are schecked. After few OFF/ON device start normaly. Tomorow I try to check laser and drum for possible oxidation. Do you have any a different sugestion? Tnx

If Turning off potential control> temp fixes issue/ u may need to replace potential control assembly
-0002 the BD signal is not detected while the scanner motor is rotating at a constant speed.
the laser scanner assembly
remove and re-insert the connectors of the laser scanner assembly, DC Controller PCB, and Main Controller PCB.
also visually inspect the laser shutter lever and replace it with a new one if a deformation is verified.
possible that the laser shutter lever was deformed because the hopper unit was installed into the machine while being lifted up forcibly and the tip of the lever
hit against the AP kit, causing its deformation.
u probably have seen this check list before
1. Check the laser shutter lever for deformation.
2. Check the connectors of the laser scanner assembly, DC Controller PCB, and the Main Controller PCB.
3. In service mode, make sure under COPIER> ADJ> LASER> POWER is set according to the service label.
4. Clear DC-CON (have current P-PRINT on hand before clearing DC-CON).
5. Replace Laser Scanner Assembly.

After few OFF/ON device start normaly? Check door mehanism!If it ain't broke, don't fix it
