iR5000 Horizontal Registration 2nd sided is way off

Hey Folks,

Horizontal registration on 2nd side is way off on one of my 5000's. adj> feed adj > rf-adj (rf-something lol) adjustment's don't do anything. No j-codes nor errors. adj-xy is all good and per door spec. Only happens on 2nd side. 1st side is always beautiful. Kinda scratching my brain trying to figure this one out. Cleared dc-con, cnt-mcon and cnt-dcon to no adue as well.

Horizontal registration had a small burr in one of the gears and was causing binding. replaced with a used assy from the shop and it works just great. case closed.
