New to Canon and having problem with double sheet feeding. It doesn't do it everytime but has been an ongoing problem. Replaced feed tires and sep pad(DADF-P2). I am not finding anything on canons web site. We are currently modifying different tray so it will hold sep pad from 3570.

replace the DF one-way clutch
