    Hi,

    Please, give more info.
What about the copy? Have you installed the right driver? Is there any error or alarm message?

        Try another USB cable yet?

Ever consider using LAN cable instead? It offer added benefit of higher speed compare to USB, moreover also able to Send to Shared Folder

I installed the UFR driver and when print by network cable the printer show the massage ( receiving ) without printing, there isn't any problem when using the USB port in printing .

            Hi,

Well what i suggest is try to see what kind of drivers your machine supports.
If you click the little round key "counter check" and go to device configuration, over there it usually displays what
kind of drivers your machine support. I hope the ADV copiers have this key cuz I know the the
regular IR and IR_C copier have the information there.

UFR drivers are usually there, but PCL or PS drivers are an option as well. I know that UFR II drivers are faster (ultra fast rendering) but they are also newer technology and sometimes classic drivers are
a better solution and Windows might work better with it, it's also important on which windows you are trying to install the drivers.
So if UFR is not working maybe PCL/PS does.

            Good luck.

                  Hello,

-IRA C2020, basically, supports UFR driver only (no PCL and no PS). With Windows7, notice that there is 32bit and 64bit systems and the correspending drivers are different. Instal the right one.
                  - Right click on the printer, go to the properties and verify if it in the right IP port.

Be aware that the 2020L does NOT have a hard drive. It only has flash memory, most of which is taken up with system resources. We had one recently which would not print anything over 2Mb in size. Eventually cured by downloading the very latest driver from Canon. Another thing to try is to make sure the driver is not set to collate. If it is set to collate it will send every copy of a single page job as a separate job. (Check in system monitor). this will very quickly fill up the limited memory.

                      Hello

The L model only supports the UFR driver and as previously posted, no hard drive, so limited on the jobs you can send to it.

I have 2 in field and they are both quite limited in functionality.

Verify 32bit / 64 bit UFR driver, test on USB then test on IP

Come back let us all know

                      Regards

                      V
