Hi Everyone,
I have a Canon IRC 5800 and the machine prints out with "dirt" over the page as though toner being scattering over it during the printing process from development to fixing. I can not figure it out where the toner was leaked out onto the page but I notice that the toner was spilled over the page while the page is moving as the dots on the page print out look like shooting stars. The toner does not seem to be black even though the print is in black and white mode. Print in colour mode produces the same colour of the spill. I have replaced the ITB, its scrape, and blade cleaning the ITB unit including its toner waste crew. I also have replaced the drum blade. However, the problem persists. Please help. May thanks in advance
