[Error Code] E350 Error Code

We recently purchased several copiers from abroad and one of our Canon c3170u copiers has a code that I have never seen. This machine was banged up pretty bad in shipping so we did a visual and found that a couple of cards were loose. We simply cleaned the boards and placed them back into the machine. (all original from when we received)

We suspect it is the Serial PCB, however we don't know where that is!
Any help would be appreciated. (any image or diagram)

Security code does not match, check conesion plate is small and is located behind Main Controller PCB.
reset error code level 3 (* 28 ** 1Y9 * 3) in E350 clear funtion and OK.
