IR2016 print option

Hi all,

Hope someone can shed some light on this!

I'm trying to move the print option from one IR2016 to another and can't get the machine to print - the 'donor' machine prints fine USB and Ethernet (UFR II LTE driver). If I remove the network board from the donor machine and fit it onto another machine it doesn't print.

Do I need to upgrade the firmware as well? Am I missing something really obvious - I've not much experience on the 2016 as we don't sell many of them!

Must have 256MB of RAM on board to print, take the RAM DIMM from the donor.

Thanks for the info, yes I never swapped memory chips over - I presume that the memory board is right next to the small ethernet board (behind a metal cover)?
