I'm Rodrigo technical canon in Curitiba in Brazil.

I have a problem that I can not isolate: E733 imageRUNNER 6570.

already swapped box, motherboard, power, scanner, connection cables, laser, and the error persists. anyone have any idea what can I do? I appreciate any advice already provided.

What is sub-code ??-E733-xxxx
0000-The attempt at communication with the printer fails at start-up.
0001-There is a DDI-P communication error.
0010-DDI-P communication error DC controller cannot detect Vsync signal even after 2 minutes elapsed from register setting completed in the controller.

there was a firmware update for E733 during fax transmission-in ver.12.04 in y2006

check for short-

Check if the wire harness for the vertical transport sensor PS24 is contacting the vertical transport roller shaft causing the insulation to wear off and the machine to malfunction.
Repair or replace the wire harness.

if fact check all sensor wire harnesses in that area (ex.PS28) also

was probably the tip of the connector with short circuit that solved the problem! I already got several problems due to this connector! defective hard to identify!!: Mad:

1. Check the connection of connector between the Engine Controller
PCB and the Main Controller PCB.
2. Install the set of the controller firmware.
3. Replace the Main Controller PCB.
4. Replace the Engine Controller PCB.
