Fax settings missing on Canon IR 3035

I'm part of my companies IT Department and we have been setting up our Canon IR copiers up on our printer servers for printing and faxing however I have one Canon IR 3035 with the G3 Fax module installed but the fax options under communication settings does come up and there is no Fax option in the send menu. Are there some settings that need to be set in the service mode for the options to show in the menu? Thanks for any help provided.

Hi Austin,
Try to service mode level 2 and set UI-FAX is 1
*2+8*, * 2
COPIER>OPTION>BODY>UI-FAX
