i have a canon iR3300 and it always jammed when we do 2 sided printing. it jammed between the the drum unit and the transfer unit where the paper is folded.it total copy is 2.80lakhs

Go to service mode , in the jam window it will give you a jam code, this will help us tell the solution.

error code is 0122

01 = Delay Jam

22 = PS18

I suggest you clean the two side paper path rollers.

changing transfer roller will make any change ? bcoz i think that there is a charge leake between drum and transfer roller , will this make diffeence reply plz, thank in advance
