Client complains that they only get first page of multi page faxes. The strange thing is that it only seems to happen when I am not there, when ever I'm there and have a friend send over a multi page fax all the pages come through just fine. I want to cover all my bases before I tell them it's probably operator error. So the question is have any of you guys had this happen? If so what was the fix? Thanks in advance!

Good question, I'll have to ask... One of the offending faxes is coming from the IRS... would DSL line filters affect the fax data?Comment

If the line is being shared with a ADSL, you will need a filter for it (those that split into 2,1 for fax while other is for ADSL). Can tested by on hook iR5185, you ought to hear background cracking noise.
Other thing to note might be ECM of iR5185 Fax RX is cutting off fax transmission as the other party fax line is bad.Comment

I've had this after I upgraded the software from ver 65 to the latest ver. I had success when changing the country setting in service mode-option-body(i think) and config. default was set to NL. Change it to was ever country you are in.Comment
