finisher ir7095 doesnt sort

Hi, I got a 2 units of this model with same problem when we copying a set copy it doesnt collate for every set and it came out from top of the output tray. It suppose to came out from bottom output tray but this time its different, it came out from top output tray thats why it doenst collate for every set of copy. And i found out that the bottom output tray always goes down when we turning on the machine even theres nothing on the output tray.


We cleaned the paper detection sensors and theres no cure. Really need some help while they always nagging when they doing few hundread sets.

Check svc mode log for any E5xx error code. If there are, is the finisher function turn into an output tray feature only? Check under Common settings for a settings call "Limit Function" or something closed to it. Change it and reboot copier.

It doesnt show any error before it happen this problem. It just suddenly doesnt want to collate and came out from top output tray. I will try to look something related inside the common setting.

I had similar problem got this help from from Mr Teckat, hope it helps


Under the limited functions tab now there are two pages for limited function. Be sure to check both pages.
It has been found that if you change service mode level 1 Copier>Option>Body TR-SP-C1, TR-SPC2, TR-SP-C3 and TR-SP-C4 and if the value is set to 2 on the paper source you are running, everything will be delivered to tray A. TR-SP-C1 is for the paper type. C1 is for the right paper deck, C2 is for the left paper deck, C3 is for drawer 3, C4 is for drawer 4, MF is for the bypass and DK is for the side paper deck.
also >>>u can try Performing> Additional Functions > Common Settings > Initialize Common Settings ,it may correct the problem.

Make sure under additional functions someone didn't change the output settings so everything goes to tray A
