    Each region has different take on what parts are service or not.

    Over my region, as long as it need a screw driver to remove screw to access the parts, it service parts. That actually almost covers the whole machine.

      For removing drum you need screwdriver.Can you find drum in parts catalog?

            Our customer are spoilt brats, as long as anything very complex like turning something anti-clockwise, it the job of tech. You will be surprise our Advance 2 series drum / ITB Ass'y / Fixing is also replace by tech, even though it easy to replace
