    IR3300 dark/light adj

I have had several IR3300 where the light/ dark adjustment doesn't make any difference, is there something I can do?

u mean the CONTRAST DIAL for LCD
do u have a working LCD / DOES PRINTER POWER UP WITH GREEN LIGHT

    Clean/Re-Seat Memory DIMM> ends
Re-seat connector J122 on the composite power supply. If this does not correct the problem, try cutting the wire ties on the harness from connector J122 on the composite power supply to connector J1058 on the main controller.

Sorry I wasnt very clear at all. When the customer wants to lighten or darken their copy, the exposure adjustment doesn't make any difference when they try to darken or lighten the copy. The screen lets you do it but the copy comes out the same, regardless of how dark or light you make it.
