ir3570 delayed first page

dear All,
an IR3570 , When pressing the start key for copying the machine takes 3-4 seconds untill it picks up the first page then it works ok for the rest of the job but it always does the same with every new job.
P.S. Machine has been ( firmware) upgraded as a first trial but no effect.

Yes, I agreed, it's normal for preparation machine before printing document..
