    [Misc] Unable to use collate/rotate function on iR ADV C2025H using MAC OS X

    Hi Everyone,

    I have a user that running on Mac OS X Snow Leopard with Adobe Acrobat Pro. Customer is unable to print using the collate/rotate function when printing PDF Files. It does print out the documents, but it does not rotate it.

    Printing with the collate/rotate function on MS Word for Mac has no issues and rotates the copies without any issues. Tried using both PS and UFR II drivers but same result.

    Does it have something to do with Adobe Acrobat Pro? Or are there any settings that I can try?

          Hi Teckat,

          Thanks for the reply. I have tried the drivers from the site but it doesn't work as well (UFR II 2.30 for Mac OS X and PS 3.40) and . I tried to test in on Mac OS X Lion and the same result happens. Even tried it on iRC 4080i and was surprised when I got the same result. Tried opening the pdf file with preview on mac but still the same result.

          What happens is that when they send print multiple copies of a pdf file, by right once they select the rotate option, it will print the first batch normally then rotate the second batch so that it would be easier to segregate once the print outs are done. But in this case, it doesn't.

          Any suggestions to test?

              I think the solution is finding the right boxes to check off in Acrobat. There is always some weird issue with the new versions, until someone figures out the correct combinations.
