irC5185 send problem

customer is saying that when they send to e-mail, the copier prints out a copy as well. e.g scans 8 pages to file, 8 pages also printed out.Can this be turned off? Any ideas why?

TX settings to their default settings.
1) Press [Additional Functions].

2) Press [Communication Settings].

3) Press [TX Settings] under [Common Settings].

4) Press the up or down arrow key until [Initialize TX Settings] appear.

5) Press [Initialize TX Settings].

6) Press [Yes].

Note: You cannot initialize the Sender's Names, Unit Name, Handle Document with Forwarding Errors, and TX Terminal ID Settings.
If you initialize the TX Settings, the settings stored in the favorites button are also initialized.

7) Press [Done] repeatedly until the Send Basic Feature screen appears.
