Insufficient temperature rise of fixing unit when power is turned ON
E000-
0001 When the temperature of the fixing belt main thermistor failed to reach 50 deg C within 120 sec. after the fixing belt temperature regulation has started-
Check for broken or disconnected heater wires.
Checking Disconnection of the Connector in the Thermistor Wiring.
Replace the fixing belt unit. Replace the fixer.
Replace the IH power supply PCB and AC driver PCB. Replace the DC controller PCB 2 (MAISY).
In the service mode, clear the error by selecting COPIER > FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR-

Thanks you all, i have replace:
1.The fixing unit
2.The HI power supply pcb & AC driver pcb
3.The dc controller pcb 2
But this machine has the error e000-001 when power is turned on.
And i checked j108 jack connection, everything is normal.
I feel deadlock, who has other ideas to help me. Thanks everyone.

did u check the wall voltage ?
did u check the AC Voltage output past the circuit breaker into AC Driver ?
did u check your Main Switch--

do all your AC in > AC out > past the driver and past the Main Switch test ok !!/

You have to do ERROR CLEAR after changing the parts.

I spelled that out on last sentence of previous post
also provided a 38 page book on Fixing Unit (that shows & explains it all)

u can't force feed more information than that

sorry pal I just read the first 2 lines and switched at the circuit diagram.
My eyes are out of focus, so, I don't read everything at 2 a.m
