[Electrical] Canon irc4080i dead panel

I have an irc4080i that the control panel has gone out 2 times. Got a call this morning and it is blank again and warm to the touch. Any ideas?

First Give us a Lead here!. The first time the control panel blanked-out, What did you do?

changed the complete panel out; worked for about one month blanked out again. Put the old panel in another machine and it works.

does the printer still print when panel goes blank ??


remove>CHECK>CLEAN MEMORY DIMM ENDS or Replace

also Remove and re-seat the boot dimm

Check your Power Supply (DC Converter) FM2-6300-000

I've faced this problem, finally this problem could be solved by replacing Inverter PCB of control panel
