canon ir3300 Hard disk Error E602-003

Dear all,

Hi Im Karthick,

I 'm facing the error E602-003in my ir3300 copier would you please suggest me how to resolve that.

Through this forum i got some ideas and now i'm having parallel cable which helps to connect my copier to my PC and SST V2.01. now i 'ON' my copier it went in to download mode. my PC detected my copier after that if i start my SST i cant see my copier. would you please suggest me how can i proceed further.

I'm using Win7 64 bit as my OS.

Have you got the photocopier in 'download' mode?

Turn the photocopier off, hold 2&8 and turn the photocopier on while still holding down 2&8.

Thanks for your prompt response. Would you please provide me the link to download SST V4 and the firmware for ir3300. my copier technician is not even responding as i facing this problem over a week's time. i need to hub my machine ASAP.

i got that USB -Parallel cable. please ADVISE me.

hai friend i am karthic E602-003 problem is hdd space error just try go to service mode ---->funtion---->system----> hdd--->hdd check. when checking 100% complete then power off and on.

Sorry!! i not even say this to you... my copier is not even booting. it saying the error in the before booting itself

E602-0003 Error Code

Try this HD CHECK>
Power off printer hold down the '1' and '9' keys on the keypad >while holding down keys >power up printer with other hand >hold until you see a flashing white block , it will show in the top left corner of the LCD.

Normally, 'HD-Check' lasts about 15-20 minutes, and ends if no fault is encountered or specific sectors have automatically been repaired bringing up DOWNLOAD MODE on the LCD.

DO NOT STOP ONCE STARTED.In certain cases,"HD-Check" can take longer than 15-20 minutes and sometimes the machine can hang in this mode and will never complete.


if this does not work-u need a new HDD

I just tried the same what you instructed. My copier gone to flashing box mode and now it has come to download mode. My copier not even faced problem. Now is there any instruction for me. Pls let me know. thanks

if it shows download mode/ your HDD SHOULD BE OK--POWER OFF/ON

e602-0003 is a Write-abort error on HD sector
PDL-related file storage area
Stores font data for printers

always follow your shut down procedure from control panel if available > tell customers to never just flip the side power switch/ especially if network jobs are spooling

I'm facing the Error code E000064-000 while printing. My machine is on. even scanning is going on. but while printing the paper is getting jammed and it showing the error code E00006-000 please give your advise. thanks in advance.
