Toner Build Up Inside iR C3200

I'm having a problem where toner builds up inside the printer near the belt cleaning blade. I've attached a couple pictures to illustrate what I mean. The build up seems quite heavy and affects print quality until I clean it, but then it just builds up again. It seems like an issue with waste toner removal. Any suggestions?Thank You.

The cleaning auger assy has a thin rubber mylar that catches loose toner as it is removed from belt. If it becomes damaged or warps due to aging it will let toner fall onto the paper path causing issues.
