hello all my our friends

i have problem with canon ir1018 after i cleaned this copier that show me E100 , i cleaned BD driver , laser conecteur with anticrache but nothing
i try to reset this code but always Nothing

can anyone help me?? thank you very mutch.

There are 1 connector and 1 flat cable in laser assy, please try to reconnect them. also check laser shutter whether it still closed, laser shutter open/close drive by drum cartridge. the last open laser assy and clean polygon mirror.
