[Misc] Canon Image Runner 3220 printing but no copy

Just bought a used 3220 made perfect copies before we had a local copier dealer move it for us.
They were pretty rough with it. So when we try to make a copy it goes about half way through the copy cycle
and powers down and then back up again and has no error code. The plus is that we can print to it.
    Any help would be great.

is the control panel on when u send over a network print job ??

-when u place a document on the glass and hit the print key>
the scanner moves foward under document> ?

then the printer itself powers off then on ?????????/
or is it just the LCD PANEL goes of than on

does this happen all the time
            on glass copies ?
            is paper picked up ??/

MARVELOUS ! I really enjoyed the '' Question-Answer'' Session between teckat and poster. It was fantastic!
May be to continue with the session: '' Did you try to contact back the local copier dealer about the problem, since you claim the machine was making copies before they moved it?''.

Hint: Check for loose connection between the CIS UNIT -(CCD) and the reader controller PCB.
Check also for loose the connection between the Reader controller PCB and power supply PCB.
                  - Remove the copy board glass and try to move the CIS unit- carriage manually back and forth to see if it is moving smoothly and is not dislocated from normal position.
                  -AC Mains supply voltage?

Generally speaking, it must be a loose contact somewhere.

Maybe the wires for the heater is causing a short circuit, the are running mains.
