Ir6020 E061-001

Hi. At first this machine unable to touch screen and after changing the touch screen it appear on E061-001 just after warming up. Touch screen working fine now. I change the Laser unit and DC controller PCB the problem still the same everytime after warming up.

Base on ir5000 Image Reader service manual, probably its laser shutter machanism mulfunction because i checked the reading different between VDM and VDT is less than 6V (Its 5V)

Im sorry, the problem is i dont even know where is laser shutter and how it look like.

Remove the Laser Scanner unit to observe
Is the laser shutter mechanism normal ?

Is the Drum Normal

I change the drum from other IR5000 machine and still the same then We changed all the corona wire for transfer, pre-transfer and primary also no cure.

Is the laser shutter mechanism normal ?

Sorry Teckat, the problem solve when we disassemble the scanner laser unit, it remind me that at very first time changing the control panel, we took out the front door switch assy (its not necessary to take out when changing the control panel) and didnt put it back well causing the lever not pushing the laser shutter to open when the front door close. Laser shutter is control by the lever located in front door switch. When the front door close then it pushing the lever and laser shutter will open.
