    iR2022i

    Hi guru

Whether probably on iR2022i to make display calibration? The client is compelled to press the next buttons to set a mode.

    Thanks in advance.

    1. Press the [Additional Functions] button.

    2. Select [Copy Settings].

    3. The two 'shortcut' buttons can be configured using the [Standard Key 1 Settings for Regular Screen] and [Standard Key 2 Settings for Regular Screen] options. Select either [Standard Key 1 Settings for Regular Screen] or [Standard Key 2 Settings for Regular Screen].

    4. Scroll through the 'Group' section which lists the available options to create a shortcut button for.

Hang on, am I mistaken in thinking that he is asking how to calibrate the touch panel display because the customer has to press the button next to the ones they want? In which case there isn't a calibration you have to replace the analogue touch panel on the display. If that doesn't work the control panel PCB may be at fault (But this is usually the last result).

As I say I may be mistaken - it isn't hard these days!!!

If the buttons you press are activating the button next to it, just go into service mode, * 2 8 * in order not together as with other canon copiers and go to clear, then clear all. The downside of doing this is you also loose the address book and quick dials so thses have to put back in, print them out before you reset. Good luck.

yes, mjarbar, I meant it (sorry, it is difficult to me with English).

"Clear All" didn't help > it was necessary to replace the panel

          thanks for your answers
