Canon IR 2016j scaner problem >>> HELP

I have a problem with the scaner of canon ir2016j
When I turn on the boot process is normal, scaner initial search at the sensor position possible.

But when making copies, the scanners does not scan nomarly (to the righ) that run back into the left cabinet. then hit it and keep running noise.

Any one have experience about this, please help me

    Thank you!
